ATTENTION HUNTERS: PLEASE DONATE YOUR DEER!
The Waushara Archers are starting a program where you can donate your deer to those in need. We will be keeping a list of families that could use venison. If you have one or more deer to donate, you can call or text 920-229-7500. Please leave your name, address, and phone number, as well as how many deer you’d like to donate. A member of the Archers will contact you to make arrangements to get your deer to needy families. The Archers will make sure your deer is CWD tested too. Hunters Helping the Hungry starts today! SIGN UP FOR VENISON!
Anyone who wishes to receive a hunter shot deer may do so by calling or texting 920-229-7500. Please leave your name, address and phone number. You will be placed on a list and when a deer becomes available, you will be contact by a member of the Waushara Archers Club. We will make arrangements to get the deer to you. Understand that the deer will need to be processed by you or you can pay for processing at a location of your choice. There is no fee involved with getting a deer. Deer will be tested for CWD. We hope to be receiving deer from hunters starting now until the end of January.
